The Role

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of major construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive leader with a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain effective communication and collaboration.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve successful project completion.
• Identify and mitigate risks while proactively resolving site-related challenges.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, consultants, and suppliers.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant building codes and industry regulations.

About You:

• Experienced in site management within the commercial construction industry, preferably with large-scale residential or multi-apartment developments.
• Proven track record managing projects valued between $25 million and $60 million.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive team performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and documentation.
• A deep understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices.
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field are highly desirable.
• Certifications in construction safety and quality management are advantageous.
