Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the multi-level building project, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and time lines.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project issues and risks.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, architects, and stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation and reporting.
  • Ensure high quality control standards are adhered to.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on multi-level building projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and processes.
  • Excellent project management, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
  • Relevant degree or certification in construction management or a related field.
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality.
