Our Launceston Airport operation is undergoing a significant redevelopment with three brand-new, modern, and locally inspired venues set to open in the next few months. We have employed over 30 team members, and we are now looking for a dynamic Multi-Site Restaurant Manager to lead these exciting changes.
Job Description:
As a Multi-Site Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the Launceston Airport Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the operations of multiple venues, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer experiences. This role involves managing teams across several locations, maintaining food safety and high standards, and driving operational efficiencies.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing operational aspects such as budgeting, rostering, forecasting, and resource planning.
Leading and managing the daily operations of 4 venues at Launceston Airport, ensuring consistency in customer service and daily operations.
Leading and motivating your teams to achieve excellence, providing regular coaching, performance reviews, and development opportunities
Maintain client relationships with partners and airport authorities.
Ensuring compliance with all company policies, food licenses, WHS regulations, and other legal requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
An experienced manager with a strong background in multi-site or large-scale restaurant management, preferably with experience in Café’s or Restaurants.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
Proven track record of managing budgets, forecasting, and achieving financial targets.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in recruitment, team motivation, and training.
Must hold a current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
Own transport required (outside of public transport access).
