We’re hiring for one of our key clients, seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Officer on a Temp-to-Perm basis. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth financial operations and maintaining positive client relationships in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile Accounts: Identify and resolve discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
  
  
• Client Communication: Professionally manage customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
  
  
• Process Payments: Manage incoming payments following company policies.
  
  
• Record Transactions: Verify, classify, and post accounts receivable data.
  
  
• Overdue Accounts Management: Issue reminders and follow up with clients regarding late payments.
  
  
• Payment Follow-Ups: Ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances.
  
  
• Monthly Statements: Prepare and send accurate end-of-month statements.
  
  
• Customer Data Maintenance: Keep customer records up to date.
  
  
• Resolve Billing Issues: Address and resolve client billing discrepancies promptly.
  
  
• Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support as required.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail
• Impecable communication skills.
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
