We are a busy medium sized family mechanical workshop in Canning Vale and seeking an accounts officer for an immediate start at two days per week (Monday & Friday), approximately 10 hours, with the flexibility of further hours if required.

Duties Would Include:

Accounts payable

Weekly payroll for 12 people

BAS and Super preparation

Answering Telephone

Ad hoc tasks as required

Experience And Skills

5 years experience in bookkeeping and accounts

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Ability to perform a variety of roles

Motivated, trustworthy, reliable and with an eye for detail

The business uses industry based software, Automation, and Xero. Onsite training is available.
