What You Will Be Working On

As a Team Leader for the Supervised Internship for Provisional Psychologists, you'll shape the future of service delivery. Your role encompasses:

• Ensuring service delivery quality across and overseeing the operational management of the Provisional Psychologist team
• Providing advanced clinical support to a diverse, disability-focus caseload
• Collaborating dynamically to grow connectivity across multi-disciplinary teams and supporting Provisional Psychologists as they develop within this space to the benefit of their own practice alongside clinical outcomes
• Contributing to quality improvement initiatives, including quality assurance and clinical governance
• Participating in emerging leaders' development programs

Your work will directly impact the development of new psychologists while ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients dealing with complex challenges in mental health, learning, behaviour, child development, and interpersonal relationships. You'll devise innovative, evidence-based strategies that create meaningful change.

What Type of Person Will Be Successful

• AHPRA registration as a Psychologist - Board-approved Supervisors highly favoured!
• 5+ years of clinical experience, including disability sector experience
• Demonstrated experience in operational leadership or program management
• Strong understanding of AHPRA supervision requirements and guidelines
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs, excellence in stakeholder management and communication
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams
• You hold or are willing to obtain a current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Police Check
• You have a full, unrestricted Australian Driver's License and reliable access to a registered, fully insured vehicle
