About the role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled digital performance lead. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid search, social and programmatic campaigns whilst leading a small team of marketing experts to deliver high-impact campaigns that exceed business Growth and Revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable to deliver monthly targets and flags potential pacing issues in a timely manner
- Develops, leads and delegates discipline level projects, i.e. platform audits, test and learn, reporting, brand safety, internal process improvements, tech roadmaps etc
- Producing and sharing case studies to showcase performance insights and learnings. Where needed, updating best practices setup as a result of new learnings
- Overall accountability for processes and documentation to ensure campaign fundamentals are carried out across all activity
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement of performance through media, marketing, creative, technological or process change
- Lead weekly team meetings, share and delegate follow up actions.
What do you bring to the team:
- Minimum 6 years marketing experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in leading a performance-based marketing team
- Degree in Marketing or business
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience in presenting data insights to the business.
- This is a full-time role based in our Sydney office, 5 days per week
- Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5pm, 38 hours per week.
