About the role:
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Program Lead/Delivery Lead with robust SAP S/4HANA experience and a track record of delivering high-impact retail transformation programs. You’ll be at the center of execution — guiding strategy, ensuring delivery excellence, and making big things happen for some of the world’s most well-known retail brands.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time, in scope, and within budget
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Retail, Digital, Finance, and Supply Chain
• Ensure robust program governance and effective risk mitigation
• Track milestones, dependencies, and financials with precision
• Align with solution architects and ensure integration across all workstreams
  

To be successful in this role you will have:

• 10+ years leading SAP programs, with a specific focus on S/4HANA and retail industry experience
• Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
• Confident leader with sharp commercial acumen
