About the role:
This is a hands-on role requiring strong stakeholder management, financial oversight, issue resolution, and coordination of multiple delivery / project teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take end-to-end accountability for program performance assessments, delivery management, and non-functional change activities
• Manage program issues, risks, dependencies, and regular reporting updates
• Deliver weekly program-level reporting, presenting status, risks, and updates to leadership forums
• Facilitate communication and issue resolution between multiple delivery squads and leadership groups
• Oversee monthly financial reporting, including forecasting, actuals, and reconciliation
• Coordinate quarterly resourcing, approvals, and timesheet allocations
• Support system integration testing (SIT) by managing defect identification, triage, and resolution
• Assist with implementation planning and ensuring prerequisites are met for deployment
• Provide additional support for functional-change initiatives as workload grows

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Big 4 banking experience is must
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities
• Experience managing projects in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
• A keen attention to detail and ability to manage complex program data and reporting
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills for financials, reporting, and issue tracking
• Experience delivering migration programs or large-scale transformation projects (highly desirable)
• A proactive, solution-focused approach and a strong sense of ownership.
