About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Program Lead or Delivery Lead with experience in S/4HANA Greenfield implementation, ideally with Oil and Gas experience. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful, on-time, and on-budget go-live of our projects. You will manage solutions, schedules, coordinate teams, oversee day-to-day activities, and liaise with client teams and staff, leveraging your strong governance and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• End to end lifecycle management of S4 Greenfield implementation
• Work directly with the client understanding their objectives and ensuring status is understood, risks, issues and dependencies managed
• Deliver desired business outcomes or service commitments through effective planning and execution.
• Identify, understand, and manage milestones and dependencies across multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear accountabilities and shared understanding of impact.
• Take responsibility for end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality project deliverables through effective team communication and a focus on quality.
• Proactively manage and monitor the execution of deliverables and status effectively.
• Work independently and take the initiative to solve problems for change delivery and other site activities.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• SAP Certification; Activate or Clean Core
• Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis, Solution Planning and end to end program lifecycle management
• Must have S/4HANA Greenfield implementation experience; ideally with some oil and gas industry experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program or project management.
