Scribble Children’s Therapy is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Caroline Springs or Moonee Ponds clinic. This unique role offers the opportunity to step beyond clinical work, taking on leadership responsibilities to inspire your team and participate in impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities

Inspire and support a small team of skilled speech pathologists, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.

Offer guidance and clinical supervision to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Collaborate with leadership and management teams to streamline operations and drive exceptional client outcomes.

Play a key role in practice development by driving innovation and expanding services beyond individual therapy sessions.

About You

With a minimum of 5 years experience as a speech pathologist, you bring valuable expertise to the role.

You are dedicated to client-centered, strengths-based approaches that foster inclusion and active participation.

Your strong communication, leadership, and governance skills equip you to lead effectively and support organisational goals.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you will need to provide:

Registration with SPA.

Valid Working with Children Check (Employee).

Evidence of Australian working rights.
