You’ll oversee a small caseload and provide leadership/supervision to a team of 8+ Speech Pathologists, working alongside a multidisciplinary team.

About the role:

• Clinic located in Ascot Vale
• Provide assessment and therapy for articulation, receptive/expressive language, social communication, fluency, literacy and play
• Exclusively working with paediatric and adolescent clients
• Large waitlist with a curated caseload you are seeing clients suitable to your preferences
• Neurodiversity affirming approach to practice while assisting clients with communication skills
• Flexible working arrangements, including part-time and WFH for admin tasks

Requirements/Skills:

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• Minimum 3+ years experience
• SPA membership
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
