The Opportunity
The Senior Speech Pathologist will work across a varied caseload, providing evidence-based support to clients across Home Care Package and NDIS programs. The role offers a blend of in-office, community-based, and remote working options, giving you the power to shape your schedule around your life.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Delivering assessments and therapy across a broad range of needs including communication, social skills, sensory processing, and assistive technology
Conducting home and community-based assessments and interventions
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, client-centred care
Supporting junior clinicians and contributing to ongoing service development (for experienced applicants)
What’s Needed:
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
Full SPA registration
Australian working rights
Current driver’s licence and own vehicle
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Open to Speech Pathologists with leadership aspirations
