About the us:

Camerons and Co is a manufacturing jewellery business that has been around for over 25 years. We understand the jewellery insurance claims process and work extensively with Australia’s major insurance companies to establish current retail values of lost, stolen or damaged items.

We are looking for a conscientiousness and diligent sales consultant with jewellery experience to join our Melbourne Showroom. We are looking for someone who demonstrates great attention to detail, shows exceptional organisational skills, and has the ability to multi-task within a busy environment.

Responsibilities Include:

Liaising with suppliers to source materials including stones or other components and fulfilling orders in a timely manner.

Sales

Assisting with the day to day management of stock

Coordinating with customers, contractors and the sales team to ensure a seamless workflow

Maintaining communication with customers, suppliers, contractors and claims managers and following up on any queries.

Problem-solving any production issues which may arise

Management of general office administration duties

Ensuring the client management system is kept up to date

Assisting Cameron & Co maintain its high standard of operational excellence and customer satisfaction

Qualifications and experience:

Knowledge of Jewellery with industry experience

Experience managing administrative tasks within an office or retail environment

Proficient use of Microsoft Office and experience with using a customer database

A willingness to learn and grow your knowledge within the Insurance and claims business

No late-night trading or retail hours (There may be occasional Saturday mornings)
