We are now seeking a full-time Sales Assistant to join our close-knit team — someone personable, curious, and eager to immerse themselves in a truly unique industry.

About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will be guiding customers through one of Australia’s most distinguished cigar collections. Whether they’re seasoned aficionados or newcomers to the cigar world, you’ll help them find the perfect experience — offering warm, attentive service grounded in authenticity and knowledge.

No prior experience with cigars or tobacco is necessary. All training will be provided in-house by our Head of Staff Training. What matters most is your enthusiasm, your willingness to learn, and your openness to engaging with the rich culture of premium cigars — including the tasting of cigars as part of your training and role.
