We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to manage, direct and coordinate all aspects of our warehouse operations and production process. The right candidate will have a hands-on leadership approach, encourage proactive teamwork and is a work health and safety champion.

Duties:

Ensure productivity is at it's maximum and implement changes to improve efficiencies

Identify staff strengths and weaknesses and encourage proactive teamwork and solutions

Minimise labour and overheads to ensure recovery rates are met

Assist in ensuring any discrepancies are identified and reported.

Introduce KPIs and provide tools to staff to both measure and make changes

Liaise with Operations, Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure all client requirements are met

Ensure OH&S compliance

Work closely with QA team ensuring standards are met at all times

Communication, reliability, professionalism and punctuality are key elements of this position.
