What You’ll Do:

Champion resident-centered care and oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical services in a boutique retirement community.

Inspire, mentor and manage a multidisciplinary care team with empathy and professionalism.

Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate closely with the Community Manager and Executive Team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Manage budgets, staffing, audits, risk controls, and documentation with a proactive and solution-focused approach.

Oversee and maintain all key clinical and care operational functions.

Takes ownership of incident management and risk mitigation processes, ensuring timely response, thorough documentation, and continuous improvement.

Provides HR leadership across the care team lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to performance reviews, professional development, and managing staff issues in line with Fair Work and organisational policies.

Be the key clinical contact outside of business hours, for emergencies ensuring consistency in care delivery and staff support.

What You Bring:

Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.

3+ years in a nursing leadership or Clinical Manager role or equivalent — preferably within home care, aged care, or health services.

Sound knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, Retirement Village act, Risk management and compliance, Infection control and outbreak management advantageous.

Tech-savvy with confidence using digital systems, Tanda, Care Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong planning, budgeting, and rostering skills with the ability to lead in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Compassionate, positive, and people-focused leadership style.

First Aid/CPR certificate, flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain), and valid working rights.

A clear recent (within 1 month) national police check (or willingness to obtain one).
