What You’ll Do

As the Clinic Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, leading a team of therapists and cosmetic injectors, and ensuring financial and operational targets are met. Your key focus will be on driving team performance, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive clinic culture. You’ll also be supported by our Head Office and Regional Managers, who will provide you with the tools and resources to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve targets and maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Ensure the smooth running of clinic operations, including managing appointments, staff, and resources.
• Drive clinic revenue through strategic sales and client relationship management.
• Foster a supportive and engaging environment that promotes growth, education, and a positive work culture.
• Oversee the performance of therapists and injectors, providing coaching and support as needed.
• Manage client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in leading a team, ideally in the beauty or laser industry.
• Sales & Performance-Driven: A strong background in sales and achieving KPIs, with a passion for motivating a team to exceed targets.
• Customer-Focused: Ability to maintain high levels of customer service and manage relationships with a large client base.
• Administrative Skills: Strong computer and organizational skills, with familiarity in software programs such as Shortcuts or Gumnuts.
• Personality: A self-motivated leader with a warm, friendly, and approachable attitude, able to foster a positive and vibrant clinic culture.
