Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Marketer to join our team. The successful candidate will take ownership of the role and be responsible for generating leads for our investment business. As a generalist, the candidate will have a strong skill set in content writing and editing, email marketing, social media marketing on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook, Google Analytics expertise, Google AdWords and native advertising know-how as well as web design experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across the length of the funnel to generate leads for our investment business
  • Create and edit engaging and informative content for our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including segmenting audiences, creating content, and tracking results
  • Manage and grow our social media presence on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Analyse website and social media analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage Google AdWords and native advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing lead, management, sales and investment team on ideation, customer avatars and campaign design

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing and lead generation, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong content curation skills
  • Experience with email marketing and social media marketing on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and native advertising
  • Ability to create and implement marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results
