How You Will Help Transform Our Practice
- Workflow Optimisation: Maintain our internal practice and document management tools to ensure an efficient workspace.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to streamline operations.
- Performance Metrics: Help track key practice performance indicators and prepare management reports.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure consistent quality standards across all client deliverables.
- Practice Representation: Serve as a professional first point of contact for clients and visitors.
What Your Role Will Include
- Manage ATO communications and help clients navigate payment plans and correspondence with ease.
- Maintain our corporate register, including annual statements and other ASIC compliance requirements.
- Manage incoming documents and internal digital filing systems, ensuring accountants have what they need when they need it.
- Handle enquiry calls and emails from existing and prospective clients.
- Create a welcoming environment and anticipate needs before clients even realise they have them.
The Skills That Will Make You Shine
- Technical Expertise: Prior exposure to a range of accounting software tools, including Xero, the ATO Tax Agent Portal, along with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Practice Management Acumen: Experience with accounting practice workflows, resource scheduling, and efficiency optimisation.
- Communication Superpower: Exceptional written and verbal skills for engaging with a range of stakeholders.

Desirable Experience
- Relevant experience, preferably in an accounting or financial planning environment.
- Demonstrated experience in practice management or operations coordination.
- Experience handling ASIC & ATO communications.
- Track record of maintaining confidentiality and privacy in professional settings.
- History of managing and implementing workflows and practice efficiencies.
