Workfast is currently seeking a highly organised and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a leading national distributor of civil, electrical, industrial, rail, and infrastructure products in Wangara, WA. What You Need

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes
• Valid Forklift License
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage inventory and maintain accurate stock counts
• Previous experience in infrastructure, manufacturing, construction, or related industries is highly desirable

What You Will Be Doing

• Supervising and coordinating all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, packing, and organising deliveries
• Managing domestic and international shipping processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
• Overseeing goods receipt and ensuring all incoming shipments are checked and recorded accurately
• Coordinating with couriers and logistics providers for timely pickups and deliveries
• Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Maintaining inventory levels and identifying slow or non-moving stock
• Assisting with barcode implementation and continuous warehouse improvement initiatives
• Scheduling and organising the pickup, delivery, and freight of outgoing orders
• Ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the warehouse
• Completing general warehouse administration and reporting
