BCMC are looking for a vibrant RV consultant to join the team at the newly renovated showroom in beautiful Ballina – near Byron Bay.

Your primary role will be to consult prospective clients to sale and lead them through the sales and production cycle to completion and handover for Frontline Campervans and the multi award-winning Horizon Motorhomes.

Key requirements for the role are:
• Sales and account management experience.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
• Excellent people skills.
• Practical skills, technical competence and attention to detail
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and CRM Systems
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Clear and confident communication skills

Your responsibilities will include:
• Consultation and sales to prospective customers of our full product range
• Generate contracts and process orders
• Create build schedules and follow the build process through the full production cycle
• Liaison with the factories in Ballina and Sydney
• Answering e-mails and phone enquiries
• Attending trade shows across the country
• Opening and closing the showroom Monday – Friday (plus allocated Saturdays shared across the team)
• Contribution to the company as a whole

• A willingness to work Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5:00pm, plus Saturday roster 8.30am - 12.00pm (approx. 10 per year plus trade show weekends).

The role will see you based at our Ballina Showroom with a strong working association with the Horizon Motorhomes factory in Ballina and Frontline Campervans factory based in Sydney.

On offer is a salary + uncapped commissions, plus superannuation. You will be provided a mobile phone, laptop computer and company credit card for business related travel expenses and there is opportunity to access our demonstrator motorhome or campervan for recreational use at specified times.
