Good Things is a young and rapidly growing Australian-owned promotional merchandise company that is looking for an experienced, outgoing, and results-driven Offshore Production Coordinator to join our team. Our aim is to be the #1 Branded product business in Australia and reinvent the way branded products are sourced and ordered.

The Role

To ensure the accurate and timely delivery of all customer orders, maintaining constant contact with stakeholders including the client and suppliers whilst overseeing multiple productions of sample and bulk orders and managing multiple simultaneous jobs.

The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Working closely with clients to ensure the successful completion of orders from artwork approval till it’s delivered successfully on time
• Building good working relationships with trusted and new international suppliers and liaising with them for order placing, sampling, and shipping.
• Maintaining a smooth rolling production timeline and troubleshooting initial stages of production concerns to avoid potential issues.
• Liaising with international suppliers

Who we're looking for:

This role is ideal for an experienced and proactive individual who has had prior experience (2-3 years) working in similar roles with procurement/or production experience, excellent written English, and a high level of attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is resilient and shows persistence in resolving issues with out of the box solutions.

Other qualities that are important in this role are:

• Possess strong customer service and numerical skills and have an analytical mindset
• Exceptional attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure
• Great time management with the ability to multitask and priorities jobs
• Able to work well independently, but also as part of a team
• Strong computer literacy eg: email software, Office suite
• Previous purchasing or international trade business experience is an advantage but not essential
• Flexible and able to prioritise effectively, particularly under pressure to get the job done.

• Resilient personality, Taking feedback positively and an opportunity to grow and develop
• Persistent, not taking no for an answer when it comes to meeting and exceeding clients requirements
• Fluency in English is required - both written and verbal communication
• A working understanding of Mandarin will be highly regarded
