About the role
As the Product Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting product operations within the Education and Training business unit. Reporting to the Product Manager – Training Systems, you will coordinate Agile workflows, maintain product documentation, track sprint progress, and support cross-functional collaboration to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of GP training systems.
As our Product Operations Coordinator, you'll also:

  • Agile Coordination: Organise and facilitate sprint ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Product Documentation: Maintain and update product-related documents, including user stories, requirements, and system updates.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sprint progress, track dependencies and blockers, and assist in reporting product metrics.
  • Process Optimisation: Identify and implement improvements to product operations and Agile workflows.

Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years' experience in product operations or Agile coordination
  • Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, Confluence)
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills in an Agile environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
