Sirius are currently recruiting for two full-time positions with immediate starts, working for reputable businesses in the thriving construction industry. These roles offer stability, career growth, and a supportive work environment.

Role 1:
Customer Service Representative - Chipping Norton, NSW
Contract: Immediate start Temp - Perm
Hourly Rate: $34.11 per hour + super (equivalent to $65,000 pa + super once permanent)
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

About the Role:

• Order processing in SAP system
• Follow up with customers on ETA of orders, track with logistics providers
• Phone and email enquiries on quotes, stock orders, stock availabilities, shipment updates
• Front facing customer service for any walk ins to site

Skills Required:

• SAP experience required
• Customer service, sales support or similar experience
• Excellent communicator
• Experience in construction, manufacturing or similar industries
• Able to start immediately

Role 2:
Receptionist / Front Counter - St Peters, NSW
Contract: Permanent - can start ASAP
Hourly Rate: $60,000 - $70,000 pa + super - depending on experience
Hours: 38 hours per week between 7:00am - 5:00pm (e.g 7:30am - 3:30pm) Monday to Friday

About the Role:

• Reception role at showroom for construction products business
• Administrative support such as entering in orders, checking stock availability, pricing
• Customer service in person and over the phone
• General office assistance

Skills Required:

• Intermediate experience on computer system - business uses Microsoft 365
• Strong communicator with confident to speak to customers in person and over the phone
• Available to start ASAP
• Reliable transport to get to and from work
