The Opportunity:
We are seeking an organised and reliable Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at our new facility in Kirrawee, NSW—just 30 minutes south of Sydney. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Manage and process incoming customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, providing friendly and professional assistance.
- General Office Administration: Assist with invoicing, data entry, and maintaining records in our CRM and ERP systems.
- Logistics Coordination: Prepare shipments and liaise with transport providers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Team Support: Work closely with the sales team, production staff, and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
We have a flat team structure which means you’ll gain insights into all aspects of the industry, working closely with management, production, and customers. You’ll also get hands-on experience with industry-leading systems in our ERP system and CRM.
About You:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who enjoys working in a supportive and professional team environment. We hope you can bring:
- Strong administrative skills with previous experience in an office setting.
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (or a willingness to learn).
