We don’t expect you to know life insurance—we’ll train you. We want proven sellers who know how to win trust on the phone and drive urgency with empathy.

What You’ll Do

• Work warm leads – no cold calls, no lead chasing
• Consult and close – match products to client needs (general advice only)
• Support existing clients – conduct policy reviews and upsell where appropriate
• Hit your targets – weekly KPIs and commissions, paid monthly
