About the role

We are seeking an experienced Multi Site Studio Manager to join our growing team at Celebrity Ink in Maribyrnong & Cheltenham, Victoria. As our Multi-Studio Studio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our tattoo studios, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and professionalism. This is a full-time role offering the opportunity to be a key part of our continued success and expansion within the industry.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the studio's day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments, managing staff, and maintaining inventory
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive client experience
• Oversee the training and development of our talented team of tattoo artists
• Implement and enforce studio policies and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
• Liaise with the management team to identify and implement process improvements
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities to drive studio growth
• Monitor and report on studio performance metrics

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar studio management or operations role
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in using studio management software and point-of-sale systems
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• A passion for the tattoo industry and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism
