About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Manager to lead front-of-house operations and drive sales performance across multiple stores (3 or more) based on your ability in New South Wales. This role is key to ensuring service excellence, effective staffing, and operational efficiency, while supporting state manager with budgeting, stock control, team development, and fostering a strong sales culture.

Location: Multiple Branches in NSW.
key responsibilities:
- Sales Focused: Drive sales growth across multiple stores through data analysis and performance monitoring.
- Cost Control: Manage store expenses and wage allocation to maintain cost efficiency.
- Daily Operations: Oversee store openings, staff scheduling, shift coverage, and daily front-of-house workflow to ensure smooth operations and service quality.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and customer service expectations.
- Team Support & Training: Work closely with store managers to coach, support, and develop FOH staff, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
- Customer Service: Act as the key point of contact for handling serious customer complaints or negative reviews, following up directly to resolve issues and restore satisfaction.
- R&D Collaboration: Coordinate the development, testing, and launch of new dishes or projects, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in multi-store or restaurant management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong background in front-of-house operations and customer service
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to handle challenges, make quick decisions, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently across NSW as part of regional management responsibilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in line with restaurant scheduling needs.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus (if applicable)
