ABOUT THE COMPANY

They have been established for over 10 years and specialise in residential new builds, apartments, and multi-residential projects up to $30M. The company has a strong pipeline of work and numerous projects lined up for 2025. As such, they are seeking an experienced Remedial Foreman to get started on an ongoing residential apartment project.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Remedial Foreman, you will report to the Site Manager/Project Manager. You will have a strong focus on the finishes and remedial works of these projects, ensuring WHS compliance and timely delivery. The role offers strong support from a team that includes a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Site Manager, Leading Hand, and Cadet.

DUTIES

• Oversee daily site operations
• Ensure WHS compliance
• Manage subcontractors and project schedules
• Focus on structural work, finishes, and remedial works
• Conduct toolbox talks and site inductions

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• High-end Residential experience preferred
• Experience managing Waterproofing & Remedial Subcontractors
• Strong track record of stability with previous employers
• Trade qualification
