You MUST be experienced with Complex Disability's and have experienced with Autism, Bipolar and depression. We are looking for people with 3-4 years of experience to assist our participants. THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL ROLE!

Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver's license, reliable 4 door vehicle and comprehensive insurance
• NDIS clearance or willing to obtain
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module completion
• Valid First Aid and CPR certificates
• Working With Children Check or willing to obtain one
• Australian permanent residency
• Enjoy customer service and have a knack for following instructions and procedures
• Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
• Previous experience working with high needs clients is highly regarded.
