Noosa Outlook Child Care Centre (Tewantin 4565)

We are now recruiting for an Educational Leader to join the team.

Qualification requirements: Bachelor or Diploma (ACECQA recognised)

Important to note:
This is a 3-5 day per week role, we are unable to accommodate part time employment for this leadership role. There is an expectation to work all centre shifts between the hours of 630am-630pm; to ensure fairness across the team.

Required Skills & Experience

Previous experience in an early childhood setting as the Educational Leader is required

Able to create a safe, fun and welcoming environment

Able to form genuine relationships with children, parents and team members

Fantastic communication skills and the ability to work as a team

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Good working knowledge of the EYLF & NQF

Able to plan, implement and review a quality early learning program

Ability to document children’s individual learning

Able to critically reflect and strive for continuous improvement

Ability to provide feedback and suggestions to team of educators to continue their professional development

Essential Criteria

ACECQA approved qualification or equivalent - minimum Diploma

Current Blue Card
