About the Role
As a Scheduler, you’ll coordinate rosters and provide real-time support to ensure our programs and services run smoothly. Working within a collaborative team, you’ll handle daily rostering, timesheet processing, and communication with staff and participants to keep everything running like clockwork.
🖥️ This is a full-time, office-based role in Nowra with hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain rosters using scheduling software
- Manage day-to-day scheduling needs, including changes and short-notice shifts
- Respond to enquiries from participants, families, and staff
- Ensure rostered shifts align with participant goals, staff availability, and compliance
- Manage support worker timesheets and related payroll information
- Maintain accurate records, shift notes, and service documentation
- Participate in the rotating on-call roster for after-hours scheduling support
About You
You’re a natural problem solver with a people-first mindset. You enjoy working behind the scenes to make sure others are supported, and you thrive in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment.
You’ll bring:
✅ Experience in rostering or scheduling (ideally in disability, health, or aged care)
✅ Understanding of the NDIS and the SCHADS Award (including penalties and allowances)
✅ Great communication and time-management skills
✅ Strong attention to detail and confidence using software systems
✅ Qualifications in Community Services or a related field (desirable but not essential)
