You're a registered Positive Behaviour Support Consultant and you've worked hard to hone your craft. Wherever you are on your journey- Core or Proficient- it’s time for the next step. And its the same with my client. They have grown their small team organically for the past five years and have recently experienced big growth.

The close knit team now require a senior registered practitioner, proficient in providing clinical assessment and support plans, who can share their learnings and experience with the existing team-contributing to the collective success of the program. They also have a caseload waiting for an additional clinician with NDIS registration who can hit the ground running.

Our client is a rapidly-growing multidisciplinary team of allied health and social work professionals offering boutique therapeutic support services dedicated to empowering individuals, fostering social inclusion, and quality of life for people with disability and their families. As a registered NDIS provider they specialise in positive behaviour support, therapeutic supports, life skills development, family support, and trauma therapy, ensuring participants remain at the centre of their efforts.

Joining the team in our client's Sydney clinics, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with participants, their support networks, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised Behaviour Support plans. And this is a great opportunity to step up into a Team Leader role if that aligns with your goals.

We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience as a registered BSP ideally, promoting holistic well-being and meaningful progress whatever your area of specialism
• Experience of functional behaviour assessments, positive /preventative strategies, data-driven decision making, teaching and developing new skills as well as various lifestyle interventions to tailor outcomes to the unique needs of each individual
• Providing clinical assessment and care planning in collaboration with multi disciplinary peers
• Knowledge of the NDIS framework and principles.
