Established in 2001, our client has been serving the Victorian community for over two decades and prides themselves on their exceptional customer service. They are now looking for three appointment setters to join the team on a temp-to-perm basis!

Role details:

• $35 per hour + super
• 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling
• Fully office based with potential to go hybrid
• Convenient Northcote location, close to public transport and street parking (both free and paid options available, depending on availability)
• Supportive and collaborative small team environment

• Engaging with customers professionally and confidently

About You:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport
• Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with a variety of customers
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Experience with home loans preferred but not required.
