We are seeking an experienced FOOD and BEVERAGE MANAGER to lead our small team in a safe supportive workplace environment. The full time role will have you overseeing the running of our restaurant & bars whilst ensuring exceptional customer service to our members & keeping club standards intact at all times.

Claremont Yacht Club Inc. is ideally situated in the shelter of Freshwater Bay of the Swan River. It is walking distance from Claremont shopping precinct along with it's public transport facilities.
What you will be doing:
- Managing & leading a team of food and beverage staff at a prestigious inner city yacht club
- Monitoring inventory, stock levels & ordering
- Fostering a positive, engaging work culture for staff and members alike
- Providing training and development opportunities for the team
What we are looking for:
- A “hands on” manager with a proven track record and a “can do” attitude
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, regulations & best industry practices
- Flexible and adaptable approach to working, able to work evenings and weekends on our 7 day / night roster
The successful applicant will have:
- Understand “club culture" & members requirements whilst at the club
- Professional presentation with excellent communication skills
- Customer service focus with a "can do" attitude
- Experience in bar, restaurant and function management and operations
- Able to work in a team environment with ability to work autonomously

Mandatory requirements:
- Accredited Approved Manager (MLP1)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
