Position Overview

This is a hybrid role combining leasing consultancy and support for our property management team. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and is looking to grow their career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing Duties:

Schedule and conduct open for inspections

Conduct entry/exit condition reports

Maintaining professional and friendly relationships with prospective tenants, current renters, and landlords

Assist with leasing activities, including tenant application processing, lease agreements, and move-ins

Support the Property Management team with ad hoc tasks when needed

Property Management Support:

Assist property managers with routine inspections and reports

Communicate with tenants and landlords on maintenance issues

Assist in coordinating repairs and trades

General administrative support to the property management team

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong time management and attention to detail

Proactive and willing to learn

Previous real estate or customer service experience preferred

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Real Estate Agent’s Representative Certificate
