Are you someone who thrives on creating a great first impression and keeping things running smoothly? At Vitality Workspace, we’re looking for a Workspace Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face and behind-the-scenes organiser of our vibrant coworking hub in Vitality Village.
This part-time position is ideal for anyone seeking consistent, flexible work hours that support a balanced lifestyle. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day coordination of the space, working independently while being supported by the broader Comlink Australia team.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and visitors, manage check-ins, and ensure a welcoming environment
- Respond to enquiries, manage bookings, and convert leads into customers
- Onboard new members and assist with navigating the workspace platform
- Keep communal areas tidy and coordinate maintenance
- Provide basic tech support (Wi-Fi, AV, printing) and escalate when needed
- Support community events and build strong relationships with members
- Assist with admin tasks including records, payments, and reporting
You’ll Thrive If You Have
- Experience in customer service, administration, or front desk roles
- A warm, friendly, and professional approach
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills
- Basic tech troubleshooting skills
- A proactive mindset and genuine desire to help others
- Bonus: Experience in coworking, hospitality, or real estate
