NK Orthodontist, founded by Dr. Nick Kotsomitis in 1995, delivers exceptional orthodontic care at our modern Spring Hill and Chermside practices. We're known for our patient-centered approach and quality outcomes.

The Role

As our Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for potential patients, creating meaningful connections that start their transformation journey. This is a permanent part-time position (34 hours/week, Monday to Thursday) rotating between both locations.

What You'll Do

Create positive first impressions through warm, professional phone and email communication

Experience the satisfaction of converting inquiries into booked consultations

Build relationships that keep patients engaged throughout their treatment

Solve problems and address concerns that might prevent patients from starting their smile journey

Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless patient experiences

See the tangible results of your work as new patients enter treatment

Maintain detailed records in our Orthotrac system

Contribute directly to practice growth through your patient acquisition skills

What You'll Bring

Experience in patient acquisition, lead generation, or new patient coordination

Background in customer service with exceptional phone and written communication skills

Experience in appointment scheduling, lead follow-up, or client relationship management

Natural ability to build rapport and connect with potential patients

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Sales or conversion experience in healthcare or service industries

Computer proficiency (Orthotrac training provided)

Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy

Positivity and teamwork orientation

Valid driver's license and own vehicle (essential for traveling between locations)
