HR ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT

$40 PER HOUR WITH WEEKLY PAY

FLEXIBILITY TO BE HYBRID ROLE

About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administration Officer to provide essential support in HR transactional processes, data management, and compliance reporting. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions, including workforce reporting, system maintenance, and employee lifecycle administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with HR transactional support to offshore team, including onboarding, offboarding, contract variations, and employee record updates.
- Support WGEA (Workplace Gender Equality Agency) reporting by gathering and maintaining accurate workforce data.
- Administer and analyse Exit Surveys, identifying trends and insights to support employee retention strategies.

-Assist with system testing to ensure HR systems function effectively and meet business requirements.
- Maintain and update HR system master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with payroll teams and assist with payroll-related administration, such as employee data changes and month-end audit reporting.
- Provide general HR administrative support, including document management, reporting, and responding to employee queries.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Understanding of HR processes, workforce reporting, and data management.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and master data maintenance (SAPHRON) is preferred.
- Exposure to payroll processes is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
