About the Role
This short-term opportunity is perfect for an experienced HR Administrator or Coordinator looking to step into a dynamic team and hit the ground running. Covering leave within the team, you’ll provide vital HR support across day-to-day operations for a 2-month period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general HR administration and support to the People & Culture team
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate employee data
• Assist with recruitment, contracts, and compliance documentation
• Respond to internal HR queries and support a positive employee experience

About You
This is a fast-moving business were no two days are the same, requiring this person to be an agile worker who isn't afraid to dive in and get their hands dirty (metaphorically speaking)! The wider HR team are all hands-on and are looking for a person who shares the same desire to get the job done with a positive attitude.

• Prior experience in a similar HR admin or generalist role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
• Ability to quickly adapt and work independently
• Passion for people, process, and sustainability
