About the Role:

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing complex engineering projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency. You'll provide technical leadership, manage resources, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance aviation systems.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in an engineering environment across a systems engineering project.
• Experience in design, maintaining and supporting air traffic management systems ( Air-band VHF, Networks Systems desirable)
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (RPEQ or RPEV) to QLD or Victoria
• Strong background in systems engineering and project management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Ability to mentor and inspire a team of engineers.
