Role Description:
As a Support Specialist at iRealty, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, offering expert guidance on system navigation and troubleshooting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients by identifying their needs and providing customised solutions.

In this role, you will:
- Become an expert in our software platform.
- Use your communication skills to engage with incoming and outgoing customer queries via phone and email, identify their needs and provide support.
- Respond to Support requests, investigate queries and escalate level 2 technical issues to the dev team.
- Assist with client set up
- Be part of enhancing our learning center
- Work closely with our Account Manager
The Successful Applicant requires:
- Equipped with strong verbal and written communication skills, with great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Attention to detail on your written work including spelling and grammar.
- Confident and professional manner.
- Eager to learn new skills and open to receiving feedback from your manager and team
- Organisation and time management skills.
Good communication is key for this role, you must be confident speaking with clients on the phone and in person. Knowledge of real estate office workings would be advantageous but is not essential. We can teach you the required skills, but you need to love working with people in an efficient manner.
