Your Role:
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with stakeholders for IT rollouts, upgrades, and new technology integrations.
Inventory Management: Oversee IT inventory, including procurement and asset tracking.
Technical Support: Provide comprehensive support for user accounts and devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Documentation: Maintain and update IT documentation, enhancing the knowledge base for end-user and technical support.
Service Excellence: Manage general tech help tickets and coordinate with our back-end specialists, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution to maintain operational efficiency.
Security Oversight: Manage security protocols to safeguard company data and systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience & Skills: Early to mid-career IT professionals with a solid understanding and passion for IT systems and operations support.
Qualifications: Completed studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or in a related field.
