Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with proven sales experience in the steel industry? ATSH Steel is now seeking new talent to develop new business opportunities and expand their client base.

Client Details

ATSH Steel is a leading steel company, specialising in providing integrated steel structure solutions in the Industrial, Commercial, Government and Agricultural sectors. They focus on high-quality steel design, manufacturing, and installation services for large industrial buildings such as industrial plants and logistics workshops. With years of industry experience and technical expertise, ATSH Steel is the preferred partner for major projects globally, including Siemens and Coca-Cola, and due to their manufacturing advantage are highly regarded in the industry. They are now seeking a Business Development professional for this newly created role in Melbourne.

Description

  • Develop new business opportunities and expand the company's client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to provide technical support and solutions to clients.
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure client projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services.

Profile

  • Must have at least 3 years of sales experience in structural steel in Melbourne or Victoria.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have knowledge of the construction industry and steel fabrication processes.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
