About the role

Seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and experienced sales assistant to join the team at Collections Fine Jewellery in South Yarra, VIC 3141. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to work for an established, growing business and contribute to its success.

Please note we don't work weekends, it's Monday - Friday only!
We're open to a part time position as well
Prior experience in the jewellery trade highly considered

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Maintaining a visually appealing and well-organised retail space
• Processing sales transactions and handling cash and card payments
• Assisting with inventory management, stock rotation, and general store operations
• Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators
• Supporting the team in delivering a positive in-store experience for all customers

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in jewellery retail or sales environment
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional shopping experience
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on the features and benefits of fine jewellery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a well-presented and organised retail space
• Enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude
• An individual with at least three references.
