About the role

We are seeking a full-time Sales Assistant to join our team at Forty Winks in Springvale/Dandenong, VIC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our retail store. What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and processing sales transactions
• Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store presentation
• Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the store
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
