Role Overview:

As a Strata Manager, you will take charge of a diverse portfolio of strata properties, ensuring their seamless operation and meticulous maintenance in line with current legislation. Your role will be crucial in building strong client relationships and upholding the highest standards of property management.

Reporting to the Strata Head of Department, responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Oversee all aspects of strata property management, including finances, maintenance & administration.
• Serve as the primary contact for property owners, residents & strata committees.
• Develop & manage budgets, financial reports & annual general meetings.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance & renovations for strata properties.
• Ensure adherence to strata laws, regulations & by-laws.
• Provide expert guidance & support to strata committees during decision-making processes.

Key Skills:

• Prior experience in strata or property management is a plus.
• Knowledge of strata legislation, regulations & industry best practices is important.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• The ability to prioritise tasks & work independently.
