With a focus on building strong relationships and maintaining an excellent reputation, this agency is expanding across Canberra and is looking for a talented Strata Manager to join their close-knit team.

The Role:

We're seeking an experienced Strata or Property Manager, to enhance this expanding team. You'll benefit from a supportive and structured environment while managing a portfolio tailored to your skills and preferences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivating and maintaining key relationships with property owners and committees
  • Interpreting, applying, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • Providing expert strata advice to clients
  • Handling dispute resolution and contract negotiations
  • Coordinating building repairs, obtaining quotes, and overseeing maintenance
  • Preparing and managing budgets, and producing financial reports
  • Chairing owners' and committee meetings
  • Organising and facilitating virtual and onsite meetings, including periodic site inspections

The Candidate: We’re looking for a Strata Manager with:

  • Previous experience in Strata or Property Management
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills
