Our client, based in the Sydney’s Inner West are looking for a standout Strata Manager or Assistant Strata Manager to add to the team.

The Role

• Liaise with owners, committees, agents, tradespeople, solicitors, etc
• Conduct various tasks to meet client needs and expectations
• Prepare budgets and financial statements
• Prepare condition reports on buildings and conduct regular site visits
• Lodge and oversee insurance claims through to completion
• Chair annual general meetings, committee meetings & special general meetings
• Prepare for and host Annual General Meetings, including action of items arising from the meetings
• Investigate and arrange for the collection of outstanding contributions
• Answer phone calls, attend to email enquiries, deal with face-to-face enquiries

Skills Required & Experience

• MUST HAVE STRATA EXPERIENCE!
• Minimum 18 months experience required
• Strong customer service focus
• Ability to adapt to fast paced work environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail, strong problem solving skills
• Highly motivated team member
• Current Real Estate License - Class 1 or 2 Strata agent
